PMO secretary, Biman MD made OSD

Secretary to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Mohammad Salah Uddin and Managing Director of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Limited(additional secretary) Zahidul Islam Bhuiyan have been made Officer on Special Duty (OSD).

Public Administration ministry issued separate circulars in this regard on Thursday.
