Police have recovered a body of a suspected member of armed organisation Kuki-Chin National Front (KNF) from the Baklai area in Ruma Upazila of Bandarban on Wednesday morning.
The identity of the deceased, aged around 25 to 35, could not be confirmed.
District Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime) Abdul Karim told on Wednesday said law enforcers recovered the body of a KNF member during a joint forces operation in the upazila.
During this time, the members of the joint forces recovered a large amount of arms and ammunition, he added.
