WEO distributes 1000 packets of soft drinks to pedestrians

The recent heat wave in Bangladesh has pushed temperatures to dangerous levels, with daily highs soaring. Such extreme conditions pose a serious risk to public health, leading to heat exhaustion, dehydration, and even heatstroke.

To tackle the severity of the situation, Women Empowerment Organization distributed 1000 packet juice,  water  and lacchi to the pedestrians, motorists and riders on May 2 in the city.

These were by packet distributed Women Empowerment Organization President Nazma Masud . General Secretary Sirazum Masud Aishwarya, Treasurer Champa Khatun, Executive Members Sumaiya Shraboni Shanta, Selina Hossain and Farzana Hasan Hassi and volunteers of WEO were also present.
