According to the details provided in the case statement, Shahzreh Huq asserted that she, along with her deceased elder brother Arshad Waliur Rahman and Simeen Rahman, were rightful heirs to all movable and immovable properties of their father under Muslim Sharia law.

The allegations put forth state that Simeen Rahman and his son Zaraif Ayaat Hossain engaged in fraudulent activities, forging documents with the intention to deprive Shahzreh Huq and Arshad of their rightful inheritance, including shares and positions within the Transcom Group established by their father, Latifur Rahman.

Earlier on 22 February, Shahzreh Huq, younger daughter of Transcom Groups late chairman Latifur Rahman filed three cases with Gulshan police station bringing allegations of fraud and breach of trust with regard to the companys shares and properties.

On March 24, the chamber judge of the Appellate Division Justice M Enayetur Rahim ordered Shahnaz Rahman and two other high-ups to surrender before the lower court concerned within 72 hours upon their return home from abroad.
