JSD-Inu announces election manifesto

General Secretary Shirin Akhtar released the JSD election manifesto at the Colonel Taher Auditorium of the party's central office on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Saturday morning.

The party in the manifesto pledged to fight in parliament and on the streets to suppress the syndicates that control the state-politics-economy-market, to ensure good governance and rule of law, to end discrimination-deprivation, and to continue national development by uprooting Bangladesh's native enemies in the spirit of the Liberation War.

A total of 66 candidates nominated by JSD are contesting in the 12th national election. Among them, 63 party candidates are contesting with party symbol Torch and 3 candidates are contesting with Boat symbol as the common candidate of 14-party alliance.
