
With joyous and jubilant atmosphere, Graduation ceremony-2019 of Manarat Dhaka International School and College (MDIC) was held in its auditorium. Shah Abdul Hannan, former secretary of Bangladesh and Chairman of Manarat Trust, delivered his speech as the chief guest of the ceremony presided over by Brig Gen (Retd) Mehdi Hassan Pramanik, psc. Principal of the college. Hafizul Islam Mian, acting VC of Manarat International University (MIU), AB Jafor Ahmed, Secretary of Manarat Trust, Fatima Jemaima Rahman and Mohammad Farooque, Vice Principals of the college, were present here. Among senior faculties, Tahera Tasneem, coordinator of O-Level and A-Levels, SM Serajul Islam and Tahmeena Yeasmeen, coordinator of boys' and girls' section respectively, were also present.
Shah Abdul Hannan urged the students that you should follow moral principles if you want to study abroad. He told the students not to get influenced by the scientific advancement and the architecture of the western world. He insisted on building strong character and following Islam.
He advised the students to work for humanity and keep themselves aloof from extremism and drugs.
Crests and credentials were awarded among the highest number achievers of the college. S M Tahmid Siddiqui achieved the award for the best learner of O-Level. He got the world highest in English and the country highest in Bangla. Asif Rahman Niloy, Ishmam Rahman and Nafiz Imtiaz from A- Levels got the world highest in Mathematics. Best learners' awards were also given to them. Moreover, certificates were awarded for passing out from O-level and A-levels.
After that attractive cultural events were presented in the second part of the ceremony. The students of MDIC performed drama, sang songs and recited poetry which provided enormous joy to the audience.
