Recent works
Right now I am working for Eid drama. This Eid-ul-Adha, seven dramas will be aired. Two of them are titled as - Barighor and Unusual Relationship.
You have portrayed different types of characters. Of them, do you have a favourite one?
It's very tough to pick one, because I have done many characters that are special to me. I once played the role of a magician, and the character was very interesting. I have played the roles of a visually impaired person and a cart-puller, and these characters were really important for me as an actor.
What would you have become if you were not an actor?
I did my BBA from IBA of Jahangirnagar University. Probably I would have become a corporate man.
Any memorable incident you want to share
Every morning, at Bijay Sarani Signal I used to see some third genders collecting money from others. One day they come closer to my car window and knocked. I lowered the window. They become very happy to see me. I requested them to take money but they denied. They said, "We all love your acting. We are like your younger sisters; we do not want money from you. Instead of money dedicate your beautiful smile."
Upcoming work on silver screen
I have done a film, Harjeeet, where my co-star was Mahiya Mahi. The exact date for release has not been scheduled yet.
Favorite hobby
I love sketching though I hardly get time.
Dream director to work with
Actually he is no more. Yash Chopra, one of my favourite directors.
Stuffs you never forget to take you with
Cell-phone, sunglasses (in daytime) and credit card.
Definition of success
Success or failure is not a big deal for life. I just believe hard work and determination never goes unrewarded. There is nothing more important than hard work. While running for success, we forget that we are actually human beings and it is more important to become a good person rather than a successful one. My mother always told me to be a good human being first and do good deeds. I did so.
Favourite places
I am a nature lover. In Bangladesh Cox's Bazar is my favourite tourist destination.
Future plan...
I am more concerned about the present. I usually make plans for upcoming fifteen days and then take steps accordingly. I just want to work hard and entertain my fans.
