
Chairman of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) Md Akram Al Hossain has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Padma Oil Company Limited (Padma Oil) and Eastern Lubricants Limited (Eastern Lub) respectively.
The companies' boards appointed him chairman with effect from May 13, 2018, said a press release.
Trading of co sharesTrading of the following companies' shares will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from today (May 22) to tomorrow (May 23, 2018).
The companies are Sonar Bangla Insurance Limited, National Bank Limited, Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) Limited, Pubali Bank Limited, Dhaka Insurance Limited, Rupali Insurance Limited and Phoenix Finance & Investments Limited.
Trading of their shares will remain suspended on record date on May 24, 2018.
