Two-day int’l history conference begins at DU

A two-day international history conference began on Friday on Dhaka University campus with the participation of historians, researchers and students of different universities from home and abroad.
Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor addressed as the chief guest the inaugural ceremony organized by Bangladesh Itihas Parishad.
DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Md Akhtaruzzaman inaugurated the programme at the Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) on the campus while University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan attended it as guest of honour.
