Riyazul Rizu’s next to be on Kangal Harinath

Riyazul Rizu the acclaimed director of the film Bapjaner Bioscope has expressed his conviction to build his next production on Kangal Harinath. Masum Reza the National Award winning storyteller has ben roped in as the script writer. Masum Reza and Riyazul Rizu will combine forces to pen the screenplay. Kangal Harinath is known for his opposition of the notorious feudal system implemented by landowners during the British rule. The screenplay would also incorporate characters like Rabindranath Tagore, his father Debendranath Tagore, revolutionary Ishan Rai, Fakir Lalon Shah and Mir Mosharraf Hossain.
The film is yet to go for production works as it is awaiting Government's grants. The director hopes the grants would be approved soon as the Prime Minister and Information Minister both are sympathetic towards rich crafts.
