2 Secys made OSD, one promoted to Addl Secy

Two secretaries of the civil administration were made officers on special duty (OSD) while a joint secretary was promoted to the rank of additional secretary.

The Public Administration Ministry on Thursday issued two separate notifications in this regard.

The secretaries, who were made OSD, are Information and Broadcasting Ministry Senior Secretary Humayun Kabir Khondker and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division Secretary Shamsul Arefin.
Besides, OSD Joint Secretary Nasim Ahmed has been promoted to the rank of Additional Secretary with four years seniority in the positions. He will get financial benefits for the period, according to the Ministry order.
