Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) and Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) have accorded approval to change the registered name of the Company from 'Eastland Insurance Company Ltd' to Eastland Insurance PLC' with immediate effect, says a press release.
