12 workers injured in Ctg shipyard explosion

At least 12 workers were injured in an explosion occurred at a shipyard in Chattogram's Sitakunda upazila on Saturday.

Two units of Kumira Fire Service are still working to douse the blaze caused from the explosion.

The injured were admitted to Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH).

According to police sources, the explosion occured at about 11:30AM at the pump room of SN Corporation's shipyard. After that, the fire broke out there. Getting information, Fire Service members rushed to the spot.
