Eleven police officials of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred to different units as part of a new reshuffle.
An order, signed by DMP Commissioner Md Mainul Hasan was issued in this regard on Wednesday.
According to the order, Mohammad Osman Goni has been reassigned to the Logistics Division, while Mohammad Taherul Haque Chowdhury at the DMP HQs and Administration; Khandaker Md Shamim Hossain at the Detective Ramna Division and will also hold additional duties in the Detective Motijheel Division, Md Saleh Uddin at the Wari Division, Md Ziaul Ahsan Talukdar at the DMP HQs, Md Sarwar Jahan at the Ramna Division, Md Makhsudur Rahman at the Mirpur Division, Tahmina Takiya at the Estate Division.
Besides, Md Mizanur Rahman taking charge of the Detective Branch of Tejgaon Division will also handle extra responsibilities in the Mirpur Division, Md Nazrul Islam has been moved to the Prosecution Division; and Md Rezaul Karim will oversee both the Detective Branch of Wari Division and the Lalbagh Division.
