Robi bids farewell to outgoing Malaysian envoy

Robi Axiata PLC, the biggest Malaysian investment in Bangladesh, has bid farewell to the outgoing Malaysian High Commissioner, Haznah Md Hashim. She has been serving as the Malaysian High Commissioner in Dhaka since 2020.

Axiata Group Executive Director and CEO of Telecommunications Business, Dr Hans Wijayasuriya and Rajeev Sethi, Managing Director and CEO, Robi Axiata PLC felicitated Her Excellency Haznah Md Hashim at her farewell event. Members of Robi management were also present on the occasion.

Haznah Md Hashim was instrumental in strengthening investment ties between Bangladesh and Malaysia by facilitating accelerated investment in Robi Axiata PLC during her tenure, says a press release issued on Monday.
