The contractual appointment of National Board of Revenue Chairman Abu Hena Rahmatul Munim has been cancelled and Finance Division Secretary Md Abdur Rahman Khan has been made new NBR Chairman and Internal Resources Division Secretary.
Besides, contracts of other nine secretaries and senior secretaries were also cancelled while Home Ministry's Secretary Jahangir Alam has been sent on forced retirement.
The Public Administra-tion Ministry on Wednesday issued separate notifications in this regard.
Besides, Bangladesh Energy and Power Research Council's Chairman Md Mokabbir Hossain has been made new Senior Secretary to the Public Security Division.

The contracts of Parliament Secretariat Secretary KM Abdus Salam, Road Transport and Bridges Division Secretary ABM Aminullah Nuri, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority Chairman Lokman Hossain Miah and Executive Member Md Khairul Islam, Planning Division's Senior Secretary Satyajit Karmakar, Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry's Senior Secretary Mokammel Hossain, Agriculture Secretary Wahida Akter, Science and Technology Secretary Md Ali Hossain and Railway Ministry's Secretary Dr Humayun Kabir.
Besides, Planning Commission Member Md Emdad Ullah Bhuiyan has been made new Agriculture Secretary.
