AL leader Hanif's house attacked in Kushtia

Kushtia Sadar Constituency MP and Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif's house was attacked in Kushtia town on Sunday.

It was reported that a group of people attacked Hanif's house at Custom Square in the town around 6 pm.
However, no casualty was reported in the incident.

On information, additional police went there and clashed with the angry crowd. The police dispersed them by firing tear gas and rubber bullets.

At that time, it was said that the glass in front of Hanif's house and Tong House were broken.

Kushtia Police Super Alamgir Hossain said police were sent in front of the MP's house. Currently the situation is under control, he added.
