Two motorcyclists killed in Gazipur road accident

Two motorcyclists were killed after a truck hit a motorcycle at Kaliakair upazula in Gazipur district on Monday evening. 

The accident took place at around 7:00 PM in Telirchala general pharmaceutical factory area in the upazila.

The deceased were identified as Siam Kazi, son of Shamim Kazi, and his friend Rubel Hossain, 19, son of Kuddus Mia.

Locals said that Siam and his friend were heading to Mouchak  riding a motorcycle. When they arrived in the area a speedy truck rammed them, leaving them critically injured. 
Later, they were rescued and taken to local hospital where the on-duty doctors declared them dead.

Shahadat Hossain, officer-in-charge of Nawzor highway police station, confirmed the matter.
