RAJBRI, June 30: A seminar on Universal pension scheme was held in the district on Saturday noon.
The seminar was arranged in the deputy commissioner (DC) office conference room.
It was attended by DC Abu Kaisar Khan as the chief guest.
Additional DC Siddhartho Bhowmik moderated the seminar.
The keynote presentation was made by Senior Assistant Commissioner Kamrul lslam Maroof.
Among others, Rajbari Press Club President Khan Mohammad Jahurul Haque, General Secretary (GS) Khandoker Abdul Motion, Vice-President Mosharrof Hossain, former president Abu Musa Biswas, and Joint GS Md Jahangir Hossain spoke.
A total of 70 electronics and print media journalists took part in the seminar.
