Unidentified body recovered in Cox's Bazar

Police recovered the body of an unidentified man from a sea beach in Ukhiya upazila of Cox's Bazar district on Friday.

The body was recovered from the west site of Septkhali Sea Beach Ghat under Jaliapalong union in the upazila on Friday afternoon.

It was learnt that locals spotted the lying body on the sea beach and informed the police. 

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy, said Shamim Hossain, officer-in-charge of Ukhiya Police Station.
Details would be known after getting autopsy report, the police official added.
