Man electrocuted in Ctg

A man died from electrocution after being shocked while working in his grill shop at Patiya upazila in Chattogram district on Tuesday morning. 

The deceased was identified as Jahangir Alam, 48, a resident of Ward No 4 under Haidgaon union in the upazila. 

It was learnt that Jahangir came in contact with a live electric wire at around 9:00 am while working in his grill workshop in Foazzarpur area, leaving him critically injured.

Locals, later, rescued him and took him to Patiya Hospital where on-duty doctors declared him dead.
Dr.  Saimuna, emergency department's doctor at the hospital, said Jahangir had died before taken to the hospital.
