Seminar on 'Sanitation for Urban Low-Income Communities' held at CUET

Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) Civil Engineering Department and Institute of River, Harbor and Environmental Science jointly organized a seminar on 'Sanitation for Urban Low-Income Communities' in the academic seminar room of the university on Thursday.

CUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Md Rafiqul Alam was present as the chief guest presided over by Institute of River, Harbor and Environmental Science director Professor Dr Asiful Haque.
A total of 60 students of Civil Engineering Department participated in the training workshop.

Dean of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering Professor Dr Sudip Kumar Pal, Head of Department of Civil Engineering Professor Dr Ayesha Akhtar, Civil Engineering Department Professor Dr Swapan Kumar Palit, Research Officer of International Training Network BUET Azizur Rahman were present on the occasion.

At the end of the event, certificates were distributed among the students.
