West Bengal police told Kolkata's mass media that MP Anar was taken to posh residential area of Sanjeeva Garden in New Town early in the afternoon on May 13. At that time, he was accompanied by two men and one woman. All four of them got into No. 56 flat of BU Block of Sanjeeva Garden.

Later, the miscreants brought out the severed parts of the body in a luggage. They took three days to do the task. Each of them came out the flat everyday in a planned way. Police think that the woman first came out of the flat.
