Dear Sir
Food wrapped in paper packets may seem convenient, but it poses potential health hazards. While paper packaging is widely used, it can transfer harmful substances to the food it encases.
The ink, adhesives, and recycled materials in paper may contain chemicals like BPA, which can leach into food and disrupt endocrine function. Moreover, the porous nature of paper makes it susceptible to contamination from external factors, leading to the growth of bacteria or mold.
Additionally, when exposed to heat, paper can release toxins, further compromising the safety of the food. To minimise health risks, opting for alternative packaging materials is very important. Its crucial to raise awareness and take steps to encourage healthier choices in food packaging for both consumers and manufacturers.
