LafargeHolcim approves 50pc cash dividend

LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd approved 50 per cent cash dividend for the year 2023 at its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held over digital platform on Tuesday.

The AGM also change the name of the Company from "LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited" to "LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC", as required under the applicable laws of the country and alteration of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, says a press release.

Presided over by LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Chairman Christof Hässig the AGM was also attended by Director and Chief Executive Officer Iqbal Chowdhury, other members of the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
