Sonali Bank distributes umbrella among 2 thousands labourers

Sonali Bank PLC started distributing two thousands umbrella among day labourers, especially rickshaw pullers to reduce their suffering from current heat wave this summer across the country.

Chief Executive Officer of Sonali Bank PLC Md. Afzal Karim inaugurated the activities under the Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) at Motihjeel, in front of Banks head office on Sunday, says a press release.

Among others, Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers at head office and employees were present on the programme.

Sonali Bank PLC will distribute umbrellas among day labourers in different places across the country including capital, the press release says.
