Bangladeshi expatriate dies in Malaysia road crash


A Bangladeshi expatriate died in a road accident in Malaysia's Johor Bahru city on Tuesday afternoon.

Deceased Zobair, 21, was son of Ruhul Amin, a resident of Balidah village under Sharsha upazila in Jhenaidah district.
Family members of the deceased said Zobair went to Malaysia about six months ago in persuit of livelihood. He used to work as a truck driver.

On Tuesday, his truck overturned and crushed him on the road while he was carrying goods on the truck to a destination, leaving him dead on the spot.

Local UP chairman Kabir Uddin Ahammed Tota said they submitted an application to the authority concerned to bring the body back to the country.
