The Dean of the School of Business and Economics at North South University, Professor Helal Ahammad, was present as the special guest.
The session saw participation from 20 respected faculty members. Dr Niaz Ahmed, a professor at the same department, introduced Dr Rameshwar to the attendees. He pointed out Dr Rameshwar's significant contributions to Business Management and Operations.
Dr Rameshwar stands among the top 1 per cent of most-referenced scholars and has an impressive list of editorial roles in top-tier journals.
Rameshwar emphasized the need for theory development in business research during his talk. He encouraged researchers to think outside the box and address modern business challenges, especially in the digital age. He also advised against what he called "reverse engineering" in research. The session wrapped up with an interactive question-and-answer segment.
