Gas supply to remain off in parts of Dhaka from 10am-6pm

Gas supply will remain suspended for eight hours at different areas in the capital for emergency replacement and removal of gas pipelines.

The areas where gas supply will be suspended from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday include the north side of the railway line up to Mogbazar, Mouchak, Malibagh Rail-gate, Nayatola, Gabtala, Greenway, Payarabagh, Madhubagh, and Moghbazar T and T Colony, according to a press release of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited.

Reheating for the temporary inconvenience, the Titas gas authority said the adjoining areas may experience low pressure problem in gas supply during the period.
