Bicycles were distributed among the village policemen in Belkuchi upazila of Sirajganj district on Tuesday afternoon.
These bicycles were distributed from the upazila administration among 60 village policemen of six unions in the upazila.
On this occasion, a distribution programme was organized at the upazila parishad premises presided over by the upazila nirbahi officer Afiya Sultana Keya.
Sirjagnj deputy commissioner Mir Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman was present as the chief guest at the programme and the upazila parishad chairman Nurul Islam Sajedul was present as special guest.
At that time, Belkuchi Press Club president Gazi Saidur Rahman, Dhukuriabera UP chairman Helal Uddin Pramanik, upazila Awami League former acting president Gazi Delkhosh Ali Pramanik were present, among others.
