Two women found dead in Bhola

Police recovered the bodies of two women from two separate areas of Lalmohan upazila in Bhola district on Monday.

According to police, a housewife allegedly committed suicide by taking poison over family feud with her husband at Char Lakshmi village under Kalma union of the upazila on Monday afternoon.
She was taken to Lalmohan Upazila Health Complex where she died while undergoing treatment.

Deceased Sathi Akhter, 25, was wife of Md Mainuddin and a resident of the village.

Being informed, police recovered the body from the hospital.

Meanwhile, police also recovered a body of an unidentified woman from Bentua River at Raichand area of Ramaganj union under the upazila on Monday afternoon.

The deceased identities, aged around 55, could not be known immediately.

Lalmohan Police Station officer-in-charge Md Mahbubur Rahman said police recovered the bodies from separate areas and legal procedures were under process in those regards.
