Bangladesh have set 125 target for Ireland to win the third T20I of three-match series at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram on Friday.
Shamim Hossain Patwary scored his maiden half-century as Bangladesh were bowled out for 124 runs. Shamim was the last man to fall for 51 (42) as the hosts were bowled out with five balls remaining.
It was their lowest total of the three-match series. Earlier, Bangladesh won the toss and have opted to bat in the third T20I . The Tigers had already wrapped up the series, winning the first match by 22 runs through DLS method and second one by 77 runs. Both of the matches were hit by rain.
Bangladesh broke a number of records before winning three-match ODI series against Ireland by 2-0. One match was washed out.
