 Mushfiqur Rahim's ton guides Bangladesh to 349/6 against Ireland Fiery century from Mushfiqur Rahim guided Bangladesh to 349/6 in 50 overs against Ireland in the second ODI of the three-match series. Asked to bat first, Bangladesh had a flying start with opener Litton Das smashing 70 runs. It was followed Najmul Hossain Shanto scoring 73. Later, Mushfiqur smashed an unbeaten ton off 60 balls and took Bangladesh to a huge total.  Apart from him Towhid Hridoy also scored 49 off 34 balls. For Ireland, Graham Hume scalped three wickets while Mark Adair and Curtis Campher scalped one wicket each. Earlier, Ireland skipper Andrew Balbirnie won the toss and opted to bowl against Bangladesh in the second ODI of the three-match series, at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Monday. GY |
