Dinajpur Education Board has postponed examination of four subjects of the ongoing Secondary School Certificate (SSC) following question paper leakage in Kurigram's Bhurungamari upazila.
Professor Kamrul Islam, chairman of the education board, confirmed the matter on Wednesday.
The subjects are Mathematics, Physics, Agricultural studies and Chemistry.
New dates for the aforementioned exams will be announced later. And other SSC and equivalent exams will be held as per the previous schedule, a notice in this regard said.
Police, however, arrested three teachers, including a head teacher, during a drive in the upazila on Tuesday on charge of question leakage.
The three are Nehal Uddin Pailot Girls High School's head teacher Lutfor Rahman, the centre secretary, English teacher Aminur Rahman Russel, and teacher Jobayer Hossain.
A case has been filed accusing four persons, said assistant superintendent of police Morshedul Hasan.
Copies of English 1st paper and 2nd paper of the ongoing SSC examinations went viral on Facebook and WhatsApp on Monday and Tuesday.
