Bangladeshi students will get scope to studying in six renowned educational institutions in Canada as they announced scholarship programme.
The announcement of providing scholarship facility for Bangladeshi students was given at a summit held in Dhaka on Sunday night organized by Global University System (GUS) of Canada.
Representatives from Canada and Bangladesh, including GUS director Natchayaa Weerawat, GUS Canada College’s senior business development manager Sujan Das, Flaming College’s South Asia Associate D’ Sanjib Jadap, Niagara College of Toronto’s business development manager Walid Hasan and Bangladesh University Canada West’s country manager Wahed Salman attended the summit.
The organizers said that the GUS has some 38 universities. Of those, six universities have been working in Bangladesh to provide their support for advance education with scholarship.
The Bangladeshi students can get chance to studying in those universities, they said.
Natchayaa Weerawat said as a developed country, most people across the world have interest to live in Canada and take advance education with international standard.
The Bangladesh students who will be admitted there will get the scope of advance education with minimum expenses, said Weerawat.
"The students will also get scope of living there with employment after completion of their study."
