Motorcycles-tractor collision kills 3 in Rajshahi

Three persons, including a woman and her child, were killed in a collision between two motorcycles and a tractor at Poba upazila in Rajshahi district on Sunday.

The accident happened around 10:30 am at Nawhata area.

One of the dead was identified as Abdul Mannan, 48, a resident of Manda upazila in Naogaon district.

Poba Police Station OC Farid Hossain said a tractor rammed into a motorcycle at the Nawhata area this morning. Later, it hit another motorbike while trying to flee, leaving two two dead on the scene and two others injured.

Critically injured two were rushed to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where a woman succumbed to her injuries.
