Body of youth recovered in Kushtia
Police on Tuesday morning recovered the body of a young man at Sadar upazila in Kushtia district.
Deceased Sagor, 25, was the son of Faruk Mondal, a resident of Baroipara village in Ujangram union under the upazila.
On information, police recovered the body from a field at Kathaltala area under Kushtia Islamic University Police Station in the morning.
Deceased’s father said Sagor went out of home around 7 pm on Monday and after that, he did not return home.
The police station OC Annur Jahid said a rope was draped around the deceased’s neck.
The body was sent to Kushtia General Hospital morgue.
Police are investigating the matter.
