Eight Covid-related deaths in Jashore

Another eight deaths from novel coronavirus and its symptoms were reported in Jashore district in the last 24 hours.

Six of them were admitted in the red zone of Jashore General Hospital where two others with symptoms died in yellow zone.

Meanwhile, 80 more were infected with Covid-19 after testing of 215 samples, said the hospital Residential Medical Officer Dr Arif Ahmed.

Currently, 115 are undergoing treatment at the hospital’s red zone and 36 in yellow zone.
