Four people have died at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection and symptoms.
The hospital deputy director Dr Saiful Ferdous confirmed the information.
He said one of the four patients who died at the hospital in the last 24 hours was coronavirus positive. Three others died of symptoms.
The person who died of coronavirus positive is a resident of Chapainawabganj. Besides, three other patients who died with coronavirus symptoms are the residents of Rajshahi.
In response to a question, Dr Ferdous said a total of 111 people have died in the coronavirus unit of RMCH in last 12 days (from June 1 to June 12).
Of them, 74 died of Coronavirus while the rest died of coronavirus symptoms.
