Diplomats send letters, flowers wishing Khaleda Zia's early recovery

Ambassadors and High Commissioners of several foreign countries stationed in Bangladesh have sent letters and bouquets of flower wishing BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's early recovery and well-being.
Diplomats of several countries have also sent gifts, while the envoys and heads of missions of some countries inquired about Khaleda Zia's latest physical condition making calls over telephone.
Sources said US Ambassador Earl Miller sent a letter on Tuesday. He also sent flowers wishing Khaleda Zia's well being and early recovery from illness.
Earlier on April 22, Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Li Jiming sent flower bouqets seeking early recovery of Khaleda Zia. The Ambassador also sent some Chinese medicines for Khaleda Zia.
Besides, Indian High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami, Pakistan's High Commissioner Imran Ahmed, and Japan's Ambassador Ito Naoki wished Khaleda Zia's early recovery sending letters to her.
BNP's Foreign Affairs Committee's president Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury said people of Bangladesh are not only worried about Khaleda Zia's physical condition, friendly foreign countries' diplomats are also worried about her physical condition. As a result, they are inquiring about Khaleda Zia's health.
