Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained two people along with Yaba tablets at Morrelganj upazila in Bagerhat district on Sunday afternoon. 

Detained persons are Zafar Khan, 50, a resident of Kachikata village under the upazila, and Arif Mia, 28, of Amarbunia under Mathbaria upazila in the district. 

On information, a RAB team conducted a drive at Mohishpur Bazar and detained them. The elite force members also recovered 910 Yaba tablets from their possessions. 

Confirming the matter, RAB-6 camp commander ASP Shafiqur Rahman said the RAB, later, handed over them to Morrelganj Police Station after filing a case under the Narcotics Control Act.
