Another quake hits Panchagarh

Another quake hits Panchagarh

A light earthquake hit Panchagarh on Tuesday morning within 22 hours of the first one.

The 3.9 magnitude was felt in the district at 7:36:55am and lasted for few seconds.

Panicked people rushed out of their houses.

Earlier on Monday night,  a moderate 5.6 magnitude earthquake shook up country's northern districts.

The epicentre of the earthquake was India’s Sikkim.
