![]() Pabna's Munmun tops MBBS admission test, pass rate 39.86pc The results of admission test of MBBS course in public and private medical colleges for academic session 2020-21 results were published on Sunday with 39.86 percent pass rate this year. Missouri Munmun (Roll No. 2500238), a female student from Pabna, has ranked the first in merit list receiving the highest marks among 48,975 students. She got 87.25, out of 100 marks, as the admission test results of government and private medical college were published on Sunday evening. The Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) published the results of the MBBS admission test through a press briefing at its conference room in Mohakhali of the capital in the evening. Addressing the press conference, Medical Education and Family Welfare division secretary Md. Ali Noor disclosed the results mentioning that 48,975 students came out successful The MBBS admission test for the 2021-22 academic session took place on Friday in compliance with health guidelines. Some 1,22,874 students sat for the examination at 55 venues across the country for 4,350 seats in 47 government medical colleges. All examinees, invigilators and other officials strictly followed the health guidelines issued by the World Health Organisation and the Ministry of Health. However, a total 1,22,874 students enrolled for the medical admission tests but finally 1,16,792 appeared in the exam amid the surge of coronavirus infection in Bangladesh. A total of 4,350 successful candidates, out of 48,975, have been selected for the admission at the public and private medical colleges across the country.
