Throat slit body of elderly woman recovered in Chapainawabganj
Police on Thursday morning recovered the throat slit body of an elderly woman at Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj district.
Deceased Jamuna Pal, 60, was the wife of Sukumer Pal, a resident of Babupara area under Shibganj municipality.
Shibganj Police Station officer in-charge Farid Hossain said miscreants might have entered the house at early hours of Thursday and slaughtered the woman to death.
