 Journalist Mozakker buried in Noakhali Journalist Borhanuddin Mozakker, who was shot dead in a clash between two rival groups at Basurhat in Companyganj in Noakhali district on Friday, was buried on Sunday night. His namaj-e-janaza was held at Azgar Ali Dakhil Madrasa field around 8:30 pm. Later, Mozakker was buried in family graveyard, his father Master Noab Ali, 75, confirmed. Companiganj Police Station officer in-charge (OC) Mir Jahedul Haque Ronny said police were deployed in the area in order to proceed all the procedures of the burial. Earlier, Borhanuddin Mozakker received bullet injuries during a clash between supporters of Basurhat Pourasava mayor Abdul Quader Mirza and the Upazila Awami League organising secretary Mizanur Rahman Badal at
Chaprashirhat Purbo Bazar in Companyganj on Friday afternoon. He succumbed to his bullet injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) around 10:45pm on Saturday.
