 Woman run over by lorry An elderly woman was run over by a lorry at Sonargaon upazila in Narayanganj district on Wednesday morning. Decease Rabeya Khatun, 60, was a resident of Tan Balaki village under Gazaria upazila in Munshiganj district. Quoting witnesses, Kanchpur Highway Police Station officer in-charge Moniruzzaman said a lorry ran over the woman at Mograpara Chowrasta area on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway, leaving her dead on the spot.
