He entered Bheramara Pilot Model High School polling centre around 10am on January 16 while the election was underway after getting a complaint that a group of people were sitting inside the polling centre with the polling agents.
Then, the Magistrate called the presiding officer outside the booth for talking. SP Tanvir Arafath along with some 40-50 people entered the polling centre while the Magistrate was talking with the presiding officer. But SP Tanvir called the presiding officer.
There additional superintendent of police Mostafizur Rahman was also present.
While the Magistrate gave his identity, the SP used abusive words and misbehaved with him.
