FM for joint efforts to build ‘Sonar Bangla’

Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen has laid emphasis on joint efforts to achieve the goal of development and build 'Sonar Bangla' as dreamt by Bangabandhu.

He hoped that all leaders and activists of Sylhet Awami League will work together to help turn Bangladesh a 'Sonar Bangla' maintaining continuation of development in the country, reports UNB.

Dr Momen made the remarks while congratulating Sylhet Metropolitan unit Awami League President freedom fighter Masud Uddin Ahmed General Secretary Prof Zakir Hossain and their full committee; and Sylhet district Awami League unit President advocate Lutfur Rahman, General Secretary advocate Nasir Uddin Khan and their full committee members.

In a message, Dr Momen, from Sylhet 1 constituency, said the newly elected leaders of Sylhet AL will play an important role to fulfill the dream of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by taking the people of Sylhet.
