Missing man’s body recovered in Satkhira

Police recovered the body of a boy in Sadar upazila of Satkhira district on Sunday morning, after one week of his missing.

Deceased Nahid Arafat alias Rinku, 24, was the son of Abdul Jabbar, a resident of Mallikpara in the upazila. His father is a former member of National Security Intelligence.

Satkhira Sadar Police Station officer in-charge (OC) Md Asaduzzaman said he went missing around a week ago.

The family members filed a general diary with the Police Station.

Police recovered the body from a fish enclosure in the area this morning and sent it to hospital morgue.
