Teenage boy commits 'suicide' in Naogaon

A teenage boy reportedly committed suicide in Porsha upazila of Naogaon district on Monday afternoon.

Deceased Shafiqul Islam, 18, was the son of Azauddin, a resident of Sardarpara village in the upazila.

Locals spotted his hanging body in a mango orchard in the afternoon and informed police.

Local Police Station officer in-charge (OC) Shafiul Azam Khan said the body was recovered from the spot.
